Affiliated Vendors cover the recurring, high-frequency services that keep members' eyes on the property, and Network Partners bring licensed professionals who see the home at its biggest moments. Both are vetted, both flow leads two ways, and both are tracked with the same radical transparency.

Affiliated Vendors: the frequent-touch trades.
Pest control, lawn, pool, and similar services are on the property monthly or weekly. Their job sizes don't justify an exclusive seat, but their frequency makes them the network's early-warning system, and their recurring routes generate steady cross-trade opportunity.

Insurance agents, real estate brokers, and property managers are inside the home at the exact moments work is about to be needed. Because of legal restrictions on paying licensed professionals per lead, partners are compensated differently: they create value for their customers in the form of credits issued to their homeowners, redeemed as a reward for their loyalty to the Collective with chapter members.
