Who controls your data

Develofi, LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, legal@develofi.com, is the data controller for Collective Trust.

What we collect

Homeowners: name, email, phone, service address, job details, contact preference, and consent choices.

Contractors and members: name, email, phone, job title, company name, trade, website, address, license and insurance details, years in business, logos, job photos, uploaded files, quotes, referral and fee records, and sign-in history.

Automatically: pages visited, referring page, device and browser data, an anonymous session identifier, and cookies used for sign-in and analytics.

How we use and share data

We use data to connect homeowners with member contractors, run the member portal, send service emails, secure the Service, and measure site performance.

With your consent, your request is shared with member contractors in your chapter. We also share data with our hosting, database, email, and analytics providers, who process it on our behalf.

Retention and security

We keep data as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Audit records are retained for accountability. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and private file storage.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or opt out of marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of optional analytics.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Data breaches

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida's Information Protection Act and other applicable law.
